What the warranty covers
Your 1-year warranty covers genuine product defects, including:
- unexpected material failure
- Excessive compression of the TPU foam
- manufacturing faults
- structural issues affecting normal use
- defects that prevent the insole from being worn as intended
If this happens within the first year, contact us with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
If the issue is confirmed as a product fault, we will replace the affected pair free of charge.
What the warranty does not cover
The warranty does not cover damage caused by:
- cutting or trimming the insoles incorrectly
- using them in unsuitable shoes
- excessive force, misuse, or accidental damage
- normal signs of wear from regular use
- odour, dirt, stains, or cosmetic wear
- damage caused by washing, soaking, or drying with direct heat
- loss or theft after delivery
The warranty covers product defects. It does not turn normal wear into a free replacement cycle.
Normal wear vs. a product fault
Some signs of wear are normal with any insole used inside shoes.
This can include light marking, fabric wear, slight surface creasing, or cosmetic changes from daily use.
A product fault is different. A fault means the insole has failed structurally or cannot perform as intended during normal use.

Once reviewed, we will confirm whether the issue is covered by the warranty.
