📍 Where We Ship

We currently ship globally to over 60 countries - if you're wondering whether or not we ship to your country, please email us at hello@ondorq.com.

🚚 Delivery Time

Orders placed before 6pm (Monday - Saturday) will be dispatched same day. Orders after 6pm will be dispatched the following day.

Once you have placed your order, you can expect delivery within 4-7 business days with our End-to-End Tracked Shipping.

We work with a trusted network of couriers - including DPD, Royal Mail, Australia Post, USPS & FedEx - to ensure safe and reliable delivery.

You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order has been dispatched.

📦 What to Expect

Your item will arrive well-protected and securely packaged. We don’t cut corners - ÖNDÖRQ Elevates are foam based and very resilient but we don't like to take chances when it comes to height.

🥷🏿 Discreet Packaging 

We know that height insoles are a bit of a dirty secret for most - we get it, believe me. For a small fee (visible in your cart as an optional extra) you can have your order delivered in totally plain and discreet packaging. Nobody who sees the package will have any idea what's inside or who it's from.

⏱ If Your Order Is Late

Most deliveries arrive on time - but if your item hasn’t arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, just drop us a line at hello@ondorq.com with your order number. We’ll look into it straight away and make sure you’re kept informed.
